Our Services

  • Planning and Feasibility Studies

    In many cases, clients come to us with aspirations and are in need of assistance in planning their project. To determine project feasibility we work with them to identify specific parameters, process, and budget that will be required for the successful completion of the project. These services often include site analysis, zoning and massing studies, high level design options, and phasing and approvals sequence studies.

  • Architectural Design

    We provide full service architectural design and specification for our clients. This is integrated seamlessly with our cadre of expert subconsultants on the project as well as the general contractor and subcontractors and specialty vendors. We coordinate and manage municipal approvals as required and lead the project team during the design process.

  • Construction Administration

    Our team is involved in each project from conception through completion of construction to ensure the design intent is executed as per the architectural documentation during Constuction. We work with the general contractor and owner to proactively navigate field conditions and changes.

  • Passive House and High Performance Design Consultation

    Our in house Passive House Design Consultants and LEED AP’s provide expertise to guide clients through the incorporation of sustainable strategies and certifications, coordinating seamlessly with our design team.
