Our Services

Planning and Feasibility Studies

In many cases, clients come to us with aspirations or a potential site and need assistance planning their project. We work with them to identify specific contextual parameters, outline the process, and identify a budget range that will be required for the successful completion of the project. Our planning services often include site analysis, zoning and massing studies, project programming and high level design options, and phasing and master planning studies.
Architectural Design

We provide full service architectural design and specification for our clients. This is integrated seamlessly with our cadre of expert subconsultants on the project as well as the general contractor and subcontractors and specialty vendors. We coordinate and manage municipal approvals as required and lead multidisciplinary project teams during the design process.
Construction Administration

Our team is involved in every project from concept design through completion of construction to ensure the design intent is executed as per the architectural documentation during construction. We work with the general contractor and owner to proactively navigate field conditions and changes.
Passive House and High Performance Design Consultation

Our in house Passive House Design Consultants and LEED AP’s provide expertise to guide clients through the incorporation of sustainable strategies and/or lead the project team to help our clients obtain certifications. We identify project goals as early as possible to allow these strategies to be incorporated seamlessly into the project design.
