The stewardship of renovation, as opposed to always building new, is a philosophy LTD is passionate about and well-versed in all of the complexities and challenges the process can entail. Our team is experienced in approaching projects with a sustainable mindset and being attuned to energy efficiency and adaptability for the future. In this project, the design maintains the historic language on the exterior while adding bright modern finishes on the interior. These, as well as new exterior spaces including a pool, patio, and outdoor entertaining area, are being added and designed to complement the historic seamlessly.
